Community Involvement

Jingle bell run

A big reason the Arthritis Foundation tugs on our hearts is because of this little girl. Juliana is Wayne and Lelias great great grand daughter. At the age of 5 she was diagnosed with arthritis.  A very strong aggressive kind of arthritis called Juvenile idiopathic arthritis.  She currently gets infusions every 4 weeks in Omaha.  If she was not on medicine she would be crippled.  She was a youth honoree  for the Jingle Bell run in 2018.

We sponsor the Jingle Bell run that happens every December. Arthritis is an autoimmune disease that she will deal with the rest of her life. 

People’s city mission

Throughout the year we donate to the People’s City Mission to give a helping hand to those struggling in our community. With 2020 being an especially tough year for many, we want to do what we can to make a positive impact. Visit their website to learn more about how you can get involved and make a change as well.
